Ashley Acornley has been an AFAA certified personal trainer since 2007 and has experience training a variety of clients both in-home and health club settings. Ashley finds it rewarding to help clients reach their potential and achieve their fitness goals. Workouts can include a combination of cardio, calisthenics, various strength training techniques based on your current fitness level and goals.   • Meet in person 1 hour with trainer to discuss goals, review exercises, answer questions, and have a basic exercise plan written

 
6-Week Cyber Fitness Plan $150

  • Do you have an upcoming wedding? Need to look great for the prom or for a high school reunion? This plan is great for those looking to try something new or wanting achieve your short term fitness goals!

6-Week Customized Cyber Fitness Plan with Support $250

  • Looking to commit to a short-term exercise plan but need some additional advice and motivation? Try a 6-week fitness plan with weekly advice from a personal trainer!

  • 6-week customized fitness plan with cyber support and accountability
  • Meet in person 1 hour with trainer to discuss goals, review exercises, answer questions, and have specific 6-week exercise plan written.
  • Includes exercise log, access to fitness videos online, and weekly phone call or emails to offer you support and accountability to your new exercise regime and a new you

 

12-Week Cyber Fitness Plan $200

  • Are you ready to commit to a long-term exercise plan but need some additional guidance? A weekly check-in with the personal trainer will provide you with the motivation and support that you need!

  • Meet in person 1 hour with trainer to discuss goals, review exercises, answer questions, and have specific 12-week exercise plan written
  • Includes exercise log, access to fitness videos online, and weekly phone call or email for support and accountability to fitness regimen

  • If an exercise plan is not enough to keep you moving, and you want one-on-one personal training, we can do in-home training or meet at a nearby park

  • Workouts can include a variety of components depending on your current fitness level and goals, including cardio, various strength training techniques, body weight training, and stretching.
