Bridal Bootcamps have begun at Triangle Nutrition Therapy! In addition to the Wedding Crunch workout and nutrition plans, gather up a group of your friends, family, and/or bridal party to get in shape for your wedding day and honeymoon!  Certified personal trainer Ashley Acornley will be offering an intense, one-hour workout class that will burn calories, shed fat, and have you looking lean in no time! This Bootcamp is a great way to bump up the intensity of your workouts, accelerate your weight loss, and get fast results! People of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness conditions can attend, and each exercise can be modified to meet your needs.

Who: Open to men and women over the age of 18 years old.  Although this Bootcamp is catered towards those getting in shape for their wedding day, anyone is invited to attend this great workout! Note: A minimum of 4 people are required to attend for each Bootcamp.

When: This Bootcamp is offered on a weekly basis every Tuesday evening at 6:30pm. However, if you are interested in having your own Bootcamp class at another day, time, or location, please contact Ashley for arrangements (Note: a minimum of 4 people are required to attend).

Where:  Tuesday evening Bootcamp classes are held at Shelley Lake in North Raleigh. 1400 West Millbrook Road, Raleigh, NC, 27614

Cost: $15/person-must pay in advance with credit card. Contact Ashley and she can process your credit card over the phone.

How to Pay: Cash, check, credit card (via Square Up), or Paypal. Payment is due upon arrival before the workout begins.

What to Bring: Water, towel, and/or any personal equipment you would like to bring (yoga mat, bands, etc.)

What to Expect: Each Bootcamp is different in order to prevent boredom and to incorporate muscle confusion. These full body workouts incorporate cardio, strength training, stretching, and core conditioning circuits. Various exercises involving jogging, jump rope, dumb bells, bands, med ball, kettle bells, body weight training, and plyometrics are incorporated. Each Bootcamp is designed to decrease body fat, improve muscle strength and increase cardiovascular endurance.
