Tracy Owens is the Sports Dietitian at the Athletic Performance Center which is located in North Raleigh, easily accessible from I-540.

The APC is a state of the art 20,000 sq ft training facility, dedicated to optimizing the sports performance of healthy and/or injured athletes. Physical therapy is available for injured athletes, working in tandem with the physicians of Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic.

No matter what sport you specialize in, you can optimize your performance by improving speed, strength, agility, mulitdirectional movements and flexibility. Receive expert training by athletic trainers, certified strength and conditioning specialists, physical therapists, coaches, performance specialists and exercise physiologists. APC provides the resources needed to enhance any phase of an athlete’s development. Speed and agility camps are available, as well as Sport Specific Programs.

Carolina Performance
Provides mental and physical skills training, performance enhancement, and sports psychology to professional and recreational athletes.
